He came over to my apt., we went through each closet, He measured and I told him what I was looking for. He sketched out each closet, we reviewed it, made a few little changes, and we were on our way. When the installers came, they installed 4 in a little over 3 hours. The installers were fast, neat, and when they left, I was very happy with the results. The price was also pretty reasonable. I highly recommend them!"
